Will currently serves as an Investment Associate at Wellington Shields, where he supports the firm’s investment process through fundamental research, financial analysis, and market research across equities, funds, and broader macro themes. He works closely with the firm’s advisors and investment professionals to evaluate opportunities, prepare research-driven investment analysis, and contribute to portfolio strategy.
Will utilizes financial modeling, data analysis, and research automation tools to help evaluate investment opportunities across markets.
Prior to his current role, Will served as an Analyst at Wellington Shields, where he focused on company research, valuation analysis, investment idea generation, and advisor support. Will earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, with a minor in Entrepreneurship and a concentration in Computer Science.

Prior to joining Wellington Shields, Will gained valuable experience through internships at Wellington Shields, mePrism, and HNS Advisors, where he sharpened his analytical skills, creative thinking and expanded his industry knowledge.

Will is passionate about sports, especially golf, tennis, basketball, and football. He’s a dedicated fan of the NY Giants and follows all UVA Cavaliers’ sports closely. In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, and listening to country and jam band music.
