Mayra is a Client Services Associate supporting Wealth Advisors and works diligently to provide exceptional service to our clients, including handling client requests, resolving client inquiries and ensuring client documentation is updated in a timely manner. Mayra is adept at working on our new Pershing platform NetX360 and navigating internal procedures.
Previous Experience/Career Highlights:
Mayra joined Wellington Shields in 2025 after having worked at UBS Wealth Management as a Client Services Representative where she provided quality support to a diverse customer base involving high net worth brokerage accounts. There she had a comprehensive knowledge of UBS banking products and services. She provided accurate and timely customer information to clients and colleagues. Prior to that she worked at Iron Mountain as a Business Support Analyst for numerous JP Morgan Chase retail branches and corporate facilities. She was able to identify cost-savings opportunities and resolve service issues. She also managed the submission and vetting process for JP Morgan Chase requests for a team of 400-plus Iron Mountain contingent personnel.
Mayra also has experience in various UBS Wealth Management roles including a Senior Retirements Representative and a Senior Resource Managed Accounts (RMA) Representative.
