Heather brings years of experience, thoughtful communication, and a client-first mindset to our team. With a background in education, design, and technology, she guides clients through account setup and provides continued support.
Prior to joining Wellington Shields, Heather worked as an Implementation and Education Specialist for a software development company, where she supported customer-focused product development and client success. Earlier in her career, she worked as an educator, designer, and business owner, integrating hands-on textile arts with technology and fostering creativity and problem-solving in both children and adults.
Based in the hills of Western Massachusetts, Heather is an expert seamstress and a dedicated practitioner of ecological and financial permaculture. Driven by a visionary “What if…” mindset, she balances her technical craft with a passion for sustainable living. When not exploring documentaries or literature, she focuses on cultivating a vibrant, self-sustaining homestead alongside her family.
