Business Background: Frank Gretz joined Wellington Shields' predecessor firm Shields & Company in 1985 and heads up the firm’s Technical Analysis Group. With more than 30 years of experience in stock market analysis, he has been a frequent guest on CNBC, CNNfn, and Bloomberg TV and is often quoted in financial publications. He is also author of Wellington Shields' "Equities Perspective," a weekly commentary which offers observations from a technical or supply demand perspective and is available on this page. Mr. Gretz is a partner of Wellington Shields & Co.
GAIL M. DUDACK, CMT

Education: BA from Skidmore College
Business Background: Ms. Dudack is the founding partner of Dudack Research Group LLC. Prior to joining Wellington Shields she was a Managing Director of Research and Chief Investment Strategist for SunGard Institutional Brokerage and the Chief US Investment Strategist for UBS AG and its predecessor S.G. Warburg PLC. Ms. Dudack began her Wall Street career at the Pershing division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. She is a past President of the Market Technicians Association (MTA), a founding member of the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), Chair Emeritus of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association's (SIFMA) Securities Industry Institute, a past member of the Department of Labor's Business Research Advisory Council (BRAC) for consumer and producer price indices and is a member of the Women's Forum Inc. She received an MTA award for best price analysis and market forecasting in 1997 and earned the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation in 1990.
