J.V. Shields, Jr. is Chairman of Wellington Shields & Company. He previously had been the Director of Corporate Finance at H.N. Whitney Goadby & Company. He is responsible for the development of the firm's corporate policy and serves on the Investment Committee of the investment advisory affiliates. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the BBH Funds, which is the mutual fund group of Brown Brothers Harriman, and serves on the Board of Directors of Flowers Foods, Inc., a NYSE food company. He received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Georgetown University.

David Shields joined the New York Stock Exchange as a member in 1966. In 1982, he and his brother co-founded Shields & Company. From 1980-1986 Mr. Shields served as President of the Alliance of Floor Brokers of the NYSE and was selected as a Governor of the NYSE in 1982. In 1986, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the NYSE and served three terms.

Mr. Shields currently serves on the FINRA small firms advisory board and the District 10 Committee. He is a director of the National Organization of Investment Professionals and a past Chairman. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and a MSc Economics from the London School of Economics.

Senior Vice President, I.T. Manager & Operatons. Prior to joining H.G. Wellington & Co., Inc. in 1993, Mr. Wellington was a R&D Project Manager at Dresser Industries in Houston, TX for 18 years. He did his undergraduate studies at Lake Forest College (BA - Physics) and his graduate work in Physical Oceanography at the University of Washington.

Mr. Gulden was a division Head and Chief Investment Officer of H.G. Wellington Capital Management prior to the formation of WSCM. Formerly, he was a General Partner and Senior Portfolio Manger of McMullen & Hard and an investment specialist at the Bank of New York. From July 2002 to November, 2006 he was the Chief Investment Officer of the Pax Growth Fund, a multi-cap socially responsible growth fund. Mr. Gulden received a B.A. at the University of Virginia and studied accounting and economics at the N.Y.U. Graduate School of Business.

Ralph Scarpa is the Co-CEO of Wellington Shields & Company, LLC. Mr. Scarpa has held a variety of managerial and investment advisory positions at a major New York City bank and other New York Stock Exchange member firms. He is past president of the Consumer Analysts of New York and the Pace University Alumni Association. He received his BA in Finance from Pace University and attended New York University Graduate School of Business.

Thomas W. Grant is the Co-CEO of Wellington Shields & Co LLC. He previously had been the President, CEO, and Director of The Pax World Funds, the first socially responsible mutual fund group. He was a partner and managing director of Fahnestock & Co for 24 years prior to joining H.G. Wellington & Co as President/CEO in 1991. He served on the board of N.A.S.D. (District 12) and was a director of the Securities Investor Protection Corp (S.I.P.C.) from 2003-2007. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), BA class of 1963.

Laurence A. Shadek worked for Moore & Schley as a registered representative and limited partner from 1973-1985. In 1985 he purchased an interest in Stillman, Maynard & Co which merged with the H.G. Wellington & Co in 1986. He was a managing director of H.G. Wellington from 1986-2009 when the firm merged with Shields & Company. He is currently a managing director of Wellington Shields and Co., LLC.

Mr. Shadek is chairman of the Pax World Management Company, adviser to the Pax World funds, a leader in ESG investing which considers environmental, social and governance issues. He has served as a panelist for the NYSE Department of Enforcement Hearing Board, as a NYSE Arbitrator, and was past president of the Wall Street Sales Management Association.

Mr. Shadek is a 1972 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and currently serves on their Board of Trustees. He has an MBA in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business Administration.

Jameson McFadden has served as an Analyst at Capital Management Associates, an affiliate of WSC, since 2005. He also serves on the Wellington Shields Investment Committee and assists in the management of the Capital Management Associates mutual funds. Mr. McFadden was an intern with CMA for two summers prior to joining CMA. He holds a series 7, 63, and 65 and is a 2004 graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
